Petition: Parents should be notified if underage kids caught with marijuana or alcohol

A law signed by Gov. Phil Murphy on Monday February 22, prohibits law enforcement from notifying parents if their underage children are caught in possession of or using marijuana or alcohol.

Parents should never be kept out of the loop if their children are breaking the law. Assemblyman Ned Thomson is fighting back and sponsoring legislation to repeal this ridiculous law.
